A Heavenly No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake is a decadent, no-fuss dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the classic flavors of a banana split! This easy-to-make treat is perfect for any occasion and will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth. Here’s how to make it:

Heavenly No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For the crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

For the cheesecake filling:

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed

For the topping:

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ cup pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple, drained
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup (or melted chocolate)
  • Maraschino cherries (for garnish)
  • Crushed nuts (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Make the crust:
    • In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
    • Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish to form an even layer. Use the back of a spoon to press it down firmly. Place the crust in the refrigerator to chill while you prepare the cheesecake filling.
  2. Prepare the cheesecake filling:
    • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
    • Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until combined.
    • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
    • Add the mashed banana and fold it into the mixture until evenly combined.
  3. Assemble the cheesecake:
    • Pour the cheesecake filling onto the prepared crust, spreading it into an even layer. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  4. Add the toppings:
    • Arrange the sliced bananas, pineapple, and chocolate syrup (or melted chocolate) on top of the cheesecake. You can drizzle the chocolate syrup over the cheesecake or let it pool in a few areas for a decadent look.
    • Garnish with maraschino cherries and crushed nuts if desired.
  5. Chill the cheesecake:
    • Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to set and become firm.
  6. Serve:
    • Once the cheesecake is chilled and set, slice and serve. Enjoy the creamy, fruity, and chocolaty layers of this heavenly no-bake dessert!

Tips:

  • For extra flavor, you can sprinkle some toasted coconut or additional chocolate chips on top.
  • You can also add a layer of strawberry jam or fresh strawberries for an even more “banana split” feel.

This No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake is a fun, easy, and indulgent dessert that’s sure to impress!
