Here’s a simple, satisfying recipe for Healthy Cookies — naturally sweetened, easy to make, and great for breakfast, snacking, or dessert without the guilt. These cookies are soft, chewy, and packed with wholesome ingredients.


🍪 Healthy Banana Oat Cookies

Ingredients (Makes about 12 cookies)

  • 2 ripe bananas (mashed)

  • 1 cup rolled oats (old-fashioned or quick oats)

  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter (or almond butter)

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips or raisins (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined. The dough will be thick and sticky.

  3. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly with a spoon or your fingers.

  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.

  5. Cool on the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.


📝 Variations:

  • Add chia seeds, flaxseed meal, or shredded coconut for extra nutrition.

  • Swap peanut butter for sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version.

  • Add chopped nuts, dried cranberries, or protein powder to customize.
