A Delectable Plate: Grilled Lamb Chops, Barbecue Wings, Creamy Pasta & Roasted Potatoes


Grilled Lamb Chops

Ingredients:

  • 8 lamb chops

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried)

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Juice of half a lemon

Instructions:

  1. Mix oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  2. Rub marinade onto chops and let rest 30 min (or up to 2 hours).

  3. Grill on high heat for 3–4 min per side for medium-rare, or to desired doneness.

  4. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.


Barbecue Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings

  • Salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder

  • ½ cup barbecue sauce (your fave kind)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (or air fryer to 375°F).

  2. Toss wings with spices, spread on a baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 40–45 min, flipping halfway (or air fry for 20–25 min).

  4. Toss in warm BBQ sauce before serving. Optional: broil for 2–3 min to caramelize.


Creamy Pasta (Garlic Parmesan Style)

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup grated parmesan

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: chopped parsley

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta al dente, reserve ½ cup pasta water.

  2. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  3. Add cream, simmer 2–3 min, then stir in parmesan.

  4. Toss in pasta, add pasta water to loosen sauce as needed.

  5. Season and garnish with parsley.


Crispy Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1½ lbs baby potatoes, halved

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp rosemary or thyme

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Toss potatoes with oil and seasonings.

  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast 25–30 min, flipping halfway.

  4. Finish with flaky salt or a sprinkle of parmesan if you’re feelin’ fancy.


Serving Tip:
