Here’s a classic and buttery Golden Vanilla Bundt Cake recipe β€” rich, moist, and deeply flavored with vanilla. It’s perfect on its own or dressed up with glaze, berries, or a dusting of powdered sugar.


🍰 Golden Vanilla Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour

  • 2 Β½ tsp baking powder

  • Β½ tsp baking soda

  • Β½ tsp salt

  • 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened

  • 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk

  • Optional: 1/2 tsp almond extract or 2 tsp vanilla bean paste for extra depth

1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan

  • Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

  • Grease and flour a 10–12 cup Bundt pan thoroughly, or use baking spray with flour.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together:

    • Flour

    • Baking powder

    • Baking soda

    • Salt

Set aside.

3. Cream Butter & Sugar

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar together on medium-high speed for 3–4 minutes, until light and fluffy.

4. Add Eggs & Vanilla

  • Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

  • Mix in vanilla extract (and almond extract, if using).

5. Alternate Flour & Milk

  • On low speed, add the dry ingredients in three additions, alternating with the milk in two additions.

  • Begin and end with dry ingredients.

  • Mix until just combined β€” do not overmix.

6. Bake

  • Pour batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.

  • Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  • Cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then carefully turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.


🍯 Optional Vanilla Glaze:

Mix together:

  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar

  • 2–3 tbsp milk or cream

  • Β½ tsp vanilla extract

Drizzle over the cooled cake.
