🧈 Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups (315g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup (227g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 3/4 cups (350g) granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract (or vanilla bean paste for more flavor)
  • 1 cup (240ml) whole milk (or buttermilk for a slightly tangier flavor)

1. Preheat and Prepare:

  • Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  • Grease and flour a 10–12 cup Bundt pan very thoroughly, or use a baking spray with flour.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

3. Cream Butter & Sugar:

  • In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar with a mixer on medium-high until light and fluffy (about 3–5 minutes).

4. Add Eggs & Vanilla:

  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  • Stir in vanilla extract.

5. Combine Wet & Dry:

  • Add the dry ingredients in three parts, alternating with the milk in two parts, starting and ending with flour.
  • Mix just until combined β€” don’t overmix.

6. Bake:

  • Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then carefully invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.

✨ Optional Glaze:

Vanilla Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tbsp milk or cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Mix until smooth and pour over cooled cake.
