🫚 Ginger Water Recipe
Ingredients:

1–2 inches fresh ginger root (sliced or grated)

2–3 cups water

Juice of ½ lemon (optional)

Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
Instructions:

Peel & Slice Ginger:
Thinly slice or grate the fresh ginger for a stronger flavor. -
Boil Water:
Bring the water to a boil in a small pot. -
Add Ginger & Simmer:
Add ginger to the water and reduce to a simmer. Let it simmer for 10–15 minutes (longer = stronger flavor). -
Strain & Serve:
Strain into a mug or glass. Add lemon juice or a bit of honey if you’d like. -
Enjoy Hot or Cold:
Drink it warm, or chill in the fridge for a refreshing cold version.
