🧑 Ginger Power Smoothie

Ingredients (1–2 servings):

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 cup mango chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (or more to taste)

  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric (optional, for added anti-inflammatory power)

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (or 1 Tbsp)

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
