Here’s a crispy, juicy, and flavor-packed Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken recipe — golden on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of bold garlic and cheesy goodness. Great for dinner, meal prep, or impressing guests without much effort.


🧄🧀 Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (freshly grated preferred)

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or Italian-style)

  • 2 tsp garlic powder (or 3–4 fresh garlic cloves, finely minced)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (optional, for crisping)


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil and lightly grease it.

2. Prep the coating:

In a shallow dish, mix:

  • Parmesan

  • Breadcrumbs

  • Garlic powder

  • Italian seasoning

  • Paprika

  • Salt & pepper

In another dish, beat the eggs.

3. Coat the chicken:

  • Dip each chicken breast in the egg wash, letting excess drip off.

  • Press into the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, coating all sides well.

  • Place on the baking sheet.

4. Bake:

  • Drizzle lightly with olive oil or melted butter for extra crispness (optional).

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until golden and internal temp is 165°F (74°C).

Air Fryer Option: Cook at 380°F (195°C) for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway.


🍽️ Serve with:

  • Garlic mashed potatoes

  • Roasted veggies or green beans

  • Caesar salad

  • Pasta with olive oil and herbs


🔄 Variations:

  • Add a few tablespoons of shredded mozzarella to the topping for extra melt.

  • Use almond flour for a low-carb/keto version.

  • Try it with chicken tenders for kid-friendly strips.
