-
-
Mix Ingredients:
-
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, milk, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
-
Mix gently until just combined (don’t overwork it or it’ll be dense).

Transfer mixture to loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on the baking sheet.
-
-
Bake:
-
Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

In the last 10 minutes, brush with the garlic butter topping and let it finish baking uncovered for a golden, flavorful crust.
-
-
Rest & Serve:
-
Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
-
Sprinkle with extra Parmesan or parsley if you like.
-
🍽️ Serving Ideas:
-
Pair with mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a simple green salad.
-
Leftovers make amazing meatloaf sandwiches.
📝 Tips:
-
Want it cheesier? Mix in shredded mozzarella or fontina.
-
Use panko for a lighter texture.
-
Add 1–2 tbsp mayo or Greek yogurt to the mix for even more moisture.
