π« Garlic Flatbread (No Yeast Option)
π§ Ingredients:
For the dough (No yeast version):

2 cups all-purpose flour

ΒΎ cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)

1 tsp baking powder

Β½ tsp salt

1β2 tbsp olive oil (optional, for softer dough)
For the garlic butter:

3 tbsp unsalted butter
-
3β4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional)

Pinch of salt

1. Make the Dough

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add yogurt and mix until it forms a shaggy dough.

Knead for 2β3 minutes until smooth and elastic. If itβs too dry, add a splash of water or a drizzle of olive oil.
2. Rest the Dough

Cover and let it rest for 15β20 minutes at room temperature. (Helps with rolling and tenderness.)
3. Prepare Garlic Butter

While dough rests, melt butter in a small pan.

Add minced garlic and sautΓ© on low heat for 1β2 minutes (donβt brown it).

Stir in parsley and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
4. Roll & Cook the Flatbreads

Divide dough into 6β8 balls. Roll each into a flat oval or circle (~β inch thick).

Heat a nonstick skillet or cast iron pan over medium-high heat.

Cook each flatbread for 1β2 minutes per side, until golden spots appear and it puffs slightly.
5. Brush & Serve

Immediately brush hot flatbreads with garlic butter after cooking.

Serve warm β great for dipping in creamy sauces or sopping up juices.
