For the Steak Bites:

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)

  • Optional: red pepper flakes for a little heat

For the Alfredo Tortellini:

  • 10–12 oz cheese tortellini, fresh or frozen

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Β½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional: fresh basil or parsley for garnish

πŸ”₯ Step 1: Cook the Steak Bites

  1. Pat steak dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add steak cubes in a single layer. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.

  4. Add 3 tbsp butter and 4 minced garlic cloves to the pan. Toss steak bites in the melted garlic butter for 1 minute.

  5. Sprinkle with parsley. Remove from heat and cover loosely to keep warm.

🍝 Step 2: Make the Alfredo Tortellini

  1. While the steak cooks, boil tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a saucepan, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add 2 cloves minced garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds.

  3. Pour in 1 cup heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

  4. Stir in Β½ cup Parmesan, whisking until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Add cooked tortellini to the sauce and stir to coat.
