π§Ύ Ingredients:

1β1.5 lbs sirloin steak (or ribeye, NY strip), cut into 1-inch cubes

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp unsalted butter
-
4β5 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
-
(Optional) Red pepper flakes or a squeeze of lemon for added kick
π₯ Instructions:
1. Prep the Steak

Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels (helps get a good sear).

Season generously with salt and pepper.
2. Sear the Steak Bites

Heat olive oil in a large skillet (cast iron preferred) over high heat.

Add steak bites in a single layer (donβt overcrowd) and sear for 1β2 minutes per side until browned. Work in batches if needed.

Remove from pan and set aside.
3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

Reduce heat to medium.

Add butter and minced garlic to the same skillet.

Cook for 30β60 seconds, stirring constantly to avoid burning the garlic.
4. Combine & Finish

Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter.

Cook for another 1β2 minutes to coat and heat through.
5. Serve

Sprinkle with chopped parsley or red pepper flakes.

Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, veggies, or as a party appetizer.
