Ingredients (Serves 2–4):

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional for smoky flavor)

For the Garlic Butter:
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or ½ tsp dried parsley)

  • Optional: squeeze of lemon juice for brightness


🔧 Instructions:

1. Season the Steak:

  • In a bowl, toss steak cubes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  • Let sit for 10–15 minutes to absorb flavor (room temp helps even cooking).


2. Air Fry the Steak Bites:

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.

  • Arrange steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).

  • Air fry for 7–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until desired doneness:

    • ➤ 7 minutes = medium-rare

    • ➤ 9–10 minutes = medium to well-done


3. Make the Garlic Butter:

  • While steak cooks, melt butter in a small skillet or microwave.

  • Stir in minced garlic and heat until fragrant (30–60 seconds).

  • Add parsley and lemon juice if using.


4. Toss & Serve:

  • Transfer steak bites to a bowl and toss with the garlic butter while hot.

  • Serve with toothpicks as an appetizer, or pair with:

    • Mashed potatoes

    • Rice or cauliflower rice

    • Roasted veggies or a crisp salad

  • Use a meat thermometer: 130°F = medium rare, 140°F = medium.

  • Try different cuts like NY strip or filet for variation.
