Here’s a simple, natural Garlic and Lemon Detox Drink recipe—great for boosting immunity, aiding digestion, and potentially supporting detoxification:


🍋🧄 Garlic and Lemon Detox Drink

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm water (not boiling)

  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated or minced

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon (about 1 tbsp)

  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional, for taste)

  • Small pinch of cayenne pepper (optional, boosts metabolism)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Garlic:
    Grate or finely mince 1 clove of garlic. Let it sit for about 5 minutes before using—this activates allicin, the compound with the most health benefits.

  2. Mix the Drink:
    In a mug, combine warm water, lemon juice, garlic, and optional ingredients like honey or cayenne pepper. Stir well.

  3. Drink Warm:
    Sip slowly on an empty stomach, ideally in the morning. Avoid eating for 15–20 minutes afterward.
