Here’s a fun and indulgent recipe for Fluffy Chocolate Rolled Pancakes — soft, chocolate-infused pancakes that are thin enough to roll but still fluffy and rich in flavor. Perfect for breakfast or dessert!


🍫 Fluffy Chocolate Rolled Pancakes

Ingredients (Makes ~8 pancakes):

  • 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 cup (240ml) milk (dairy or non-dairy)

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 tbsp melted butter or oil

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Optional fillings:
  • Whipped cream

  • Nutella or melted chocolate

  • Berries or banana slices

  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)


Instructions:

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. Add Wet Ingredients:
    In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Add wet to dry and whisk until smooth and lump-free. Let rest for 5–10 minutes.

  3. Cook the Pancakes:
    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease. Pour about ¼ cup of batter into the pan and swirl to spread into a thin round (like a thick crepe). Cook for 1–2 minutes until bubbles form and the top is mostly set. Flip and cook another 30 seconds.

  4. Roll and Fill:
    Let pancakes cool slightly. Spread with Nutella, whipped cream, or your favorite filling, then roll up gently.

  5. Serve:
    Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate. Serve warm!
