3 tbsp vegetable oil, lard, or softened butter

3/4 cup warm water (may need a little more or less)

1. Mix the Dough:

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder (if using).

Add oil (or lard/butter) and mix with your fingers or a fork until crumbly.

Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 3β5 minutes until smooth.

3. Divide & Roll:

4. Cook the Tortillas:
