🥩 Envelope Roast (3-Packet Roast)
Ingredients:

3–4 lb beef roast (chuck roast is ideal)

1 packet dry ranch dressing mix

1 packet dry Italian dressing mix

1 cup water

Instructions (Oven or Slow Cooker):

Place roast in a large roasting pan or Dutch oven.

Mix seasoning packets with 1 cup of water in a bowl until combined.
