  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional, for a smoky flavor)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Make the Spicy Cilantro-Pepitas Aioli:
    • In a blender or food processor, combine the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), chopped cilantro, roasted pepitas, jalapeños, lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Prepare the Salad:
