12–16 frozen dumplings or potstickers (pork, chicken, veggie, etc.)

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Red pepper flakes or chili oil (optional, for heat)
Instructions:

Sauté Aromatics:

Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add garlic, ginger, and onion. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.

Add Broth & Seasonings:

Pour in the broth, soy sauce, and rice vinegar (if using).

Bring to a gentle boil.

Add Veggies & Dumplings:

Add your chosen vegetables and dumplings directly to the pot.

Reduce heat slightly and simmer according to the dumpling package instructions (usually 5–8 minutes), or until dumplings are cooked through and floating.
