Here’s a quick and delicious recipe for Easy Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks — soft, buttery, garlicky, and loaded with melted cheese. Perfect as a side or snack!


🧄🧀 Easy Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade if you prefer)

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)

  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Prep Oven & Dough:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.

2. Garlic Butter Topping:

  • Mix melted butter with garlic (or garlic powder).

  • Brush the entire surface of the dough with the garlic butter.

3. Add Cheese:

  • Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the dough.

  • Add Italian seasoning if using.

4. Bake:

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

5. Slice & Serve:

  • Let cool slightly, then cut into strips using a pizza cutter or knife.

  • Garnish with parsley if desired.
