🧁 Easy Ham and Cheese Egg Cups

Ingredients (makes 6 cups):

  • 6 slices of deli ham (thicker cut works best)

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or your favorite)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional add-ins: chopped spinach, green onions, diced bell peppers, or a splash of milk for fluffiness


🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 6-cup muffin tin.

  2. Assemble the Cups:

    • Line each muffin cup with a slice of ham, pressing it gently to form a cup.

    • Sprinkle some shredded cheese inside each ham cup.

    • Crack an egg into each one (or beat the eggs first if you prefer scrambled-style).

  3. Season and Bake:

    • Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired herbs or spices.
