Here’s a fun and easy recipe for Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls β€” crispy on the outside, cheesy and beefy on the inside, and way less greasy than the fried version. Perfect for game day, parties, or a snacky dinner!

Makes: ~10 egg rolls


πŸ§‚ Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard (optional)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 10 egg roll wrappers

  • Cooking spray or a little oil for brushing

  • Pickles (optional, chopped, for the filling or served on the side)


πŸ”ͺ Instructions:

1. Cook the Filling:

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until fully browned.

  • Drain excess grease.

  • Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Stir to combine and heat through.

  • Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

  • Stir in shredded cheese (and pickles if using).

2. Assemble the Egg Rolls:

  • Lay an egg roll wrapper with a corner facing you (like a diamond).

  • Spoon about 2–3 tablespoons of the cheeseburger mixture in the center.

  • Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly.

  • Seal the top edge with a dab of water.

3. Air Fry the Egg Rolls:

  • Preheat air fryer to 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 3–5 minutes.

  • Lightly spray or brush egg rolls with oil.

  • Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

  • Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
