Easy Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg rolls

Here’s a quick and easy recipe for Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls – crispy on the outside, cheesy and savory on the inside!


🧀 Easy Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 small onion, finely diced

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or American cheese, chopped)

  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped (optional)

  • 8–10 egg roll wrappers

  • Cooking spray or a bit of oil for brushing

  • Optional: ketchup, mustard, or special sauce for dipping


Instructions:

  1. Cook the filling:

    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned and fully cooked.

    • Drain any excess fat.

    • Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, and pickles (if using).

    • Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

    • Stir in shredded cheese until well combined.

  2. Assemble egg rolls:

    • Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape.

    • Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of the beef mixture near the center.

    • Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly like a burrito, sealing the edge with water.

  3. Air fry:

    • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

    • Lightly spray or brush the egg rolls with oil.

    • Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer (work in batches if needed).

    • Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

  4. Serve:

    • Let cool for a couple of minutes.

    • Serve with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite burger sauce.
