Easy Air Fryer Cheeseburger Egg Rolls
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

1 tbsp ketchup
-
1 tbsp mustard
-
Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
10–12 egg roll wrappers
-
Cooking spray or a little oil for brushing
Optional for serving:

Pickles (chopped inside or served on the side)

Dipping sauce: burger sauce, ranch, or Thousand Island
Instructions:

Cook the filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are soft. Drain any excess grease. -
Add flavor:
Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly, then mix in the shredded cheese. -
Roll ’em up:
Place 2–3 tbsp of filling in the center of an egg roll wrapper. Fold the bottom up over the filling, then fold in sides and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a dab of water. -
Air fry:
Lightly spray or brush egg rolls with oil. Air fry at 370°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy. -
Serve:
Let them cool a minute (they’ll be hot!) and serve with dipping sauce.
