π Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Cook time: 4 hours on low or 2β2.5 hours on high

Ingredients:

1 (25 oz) bag frozen ravioli (cheese or meat-filled β donβt thaw)

1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage

1 (24 oz) jar marinara or pasta sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
-
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
-
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
-
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Cooking spray or a bit of olive oil for greasing
Instructions:

Brown the meat:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or sausage until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in the pasta sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder (if using). -
Prep the crockpot:
Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker. -
Layer it up:

Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom.

Add a layer of frozen ravioli (single layer).

Add a layer of sauce.

Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan.

Repeat layers (ravioli β sauce β cheese) until everything is used, ending with sauce and cheese on top.

Low: 4 hours

High: 2 to 2.5 hours
Until ravioli is tender and cheese is melted and bubbly.
