🧀 Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna
🍝 Ingredients:

1 (25 oz) bag frozen cheese or meat ravioli (no need to thaw)

1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage (or a mix)

1 (24 oz) jar marinara or pasta sauce

1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese (optional, for creaminess)

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: fresh basil or parsley for garnish
🔪 Instructions:
1. Cook the Meat

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef or sausage until browned.

Drain excess grease.

Stir in marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper.
2. Layer in the Crockpot
In a greased slow cooker (6 qt or similar):

Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom.

Add a single layer of frozen ravioli.

Spoon over some of the meat sauce.

Add dollops of ricotta (if using), then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.

Repeat the layers (ravioli → sauce → cheeses) until everything is used, ending with sauce and cheese on top.
3. Cook

Low: 4–5 hours

High: 2½–3 hours

Ravioli should be tender and cheese melted and bubbly.
4. Let Rest

Turn off heat and let sit uncovered for 10–15 minutes to firm up before slicing.
5. Serve

Garnish with chopped parsley or basil.
