Ingredients (Serves 4–6):

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix (like Stove Top)

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)

  • Β½ cup chicken broth or water

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Β½ tsp black pepper

  • 1–2 cups frozen green beans or mixed vegetables (optional)

  • Butter (optional) for richness

1. Layer the Ingredients:

  • Spray the crockpot with nonstick spray.

  • Place chicken breasts in the bottom and season with garlic powder and pepper.

2. Mix Stuffing:

  • In a bowl, mix stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and broth until combined. (Add more broth for a moister stuffing.)

3. Assemble in Crockpot:

  • Spread the stuffing mixture over the chicken.

  • Optional: Add frozen veggies on top or mix them in.

4. Cook:

  • Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until chicken is fully cooked and tender.

  • Internal temp of chicken should reach 165Β°F.
