Absolutely! Here’s a classic, easy recipe for Crock Pot Candy — a sweet-and-salty, chocolatey treat that’s perfect for the holidays or gifting.

🍫 Classic Crock Pot Candy

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) jar salted dry roasted peanuts

  • 1 (16 oz) jar unsalted dry roasted peanuts

  • 1 (12 oz) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 (12 oz) bag milk chocolate chips

  • 2 (10 oz) bags peanut butter chips

  • 2 lbs white almond bark (vanilla candy coating), broken into chunks

Optional:

  • Sprinkles, flaky sea salt, or crushed peppermint, for topping

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Layer Ingredients in Crock Pot:

    • In a 5- or 6-quart slow cooker, layer in this order:

      • Salted peanuts

      • Unsalted peanuts

      • Semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips

      • Peanut butter chips

      • Almond bark chunks on top (helps prevent burning)

  2. Cook on LOW:

    • Cover and cook on LOW for 2–2.5 hours.

    • Do not stir for the first 1.5 hours — let everything melt slowly.

  3. Stir Everything Together:

    • After everything has melted, stir until completely smooth and combined.

  4. Scoop Out Candy:

    • Line baking sheets or a countertop with wax or parchment paper.

    • Use a spoon or small cookie scoop to drop candy onto the paper in small mounds.

  5. Add Toppings (Optional):

    • While candy is still soft, sprinkle with sea salt, festive sprinkles, or peppermint bits.

  6. Cool and Set:

    • Let sit at room temperature until firm (about 1–2 hours), or refrigerate for faster setting.

🧊 Storage:

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for up to 3 months.

💡 Variations:

  • Nut options: Use cashews, pecans, or a mix of your favorites

  • Add-ins: Mini marshmallows, crushed pretzels, or chopped dried fruit

  • Flavor twist: Add 1 tsp vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon
