Here’s a simple and delicious Crispy Roasted Cauliflower recipe — golden brown, packed with flavor, and perfect as a snack or side!

🥦 Crispy Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika (optional)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional, for extra crispiness)

  • Fresh parsley or lemon juice (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2. Prep the Cauliflower

  • Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower (important for crisping).

  • Cut into even-sized florets to ensure uniform roasting.

3. Season

  • In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and Parmesan if using.

4. Arrange on Baking Sheet

  • Spread florets in a single layer with space between them — don’t overcrowd!

5. Roast

  • Roast for 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until deep golden brown and crispy on the edges.

  • Time may vary depending on floret size and oven.

6. Serve

  • Garnish with fresh parsley, a squeeze of lemon juice, or more Parmesan.

  • Serve hot and crispy!

✅ Tips for Extra Crispiness:

  • Dry the cauliflower well — moisture = sogginess.

  • Use high heat and space the florets on the pan.

  • Try roasting on a preheated baking sheet for extra browning.
