Classic Crêpes Recipe
Ingredients:

1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 1/4 cups (300ml) milk

2 tbsp melted butter (plus more for the pan)

1 tbsp sugar (optional for sweet crêpes)

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional for sweet crêpes)
Instructions:

Mix the Batter
In a bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and optional sugar and vanilla until smooth.
(Tip: You can also blend it all in a blender for 15–20 seconds.) -
Rest the Batter
Let the batter rest for at least 30 minutes at room temp or up to 24 hours in the fridge.
(This helps make tender crepes.) -
Cook the Crêpes

Heat a nonstick skillet or crêpe pan over medium heat.

Lightly butter the pan, then pour in about 1/4 cup of batter.
