1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

2 cups baby spinach

1. Sear the Shrimp

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season shrimp with salt and pepper.

Cook shrimp for 1β2 minutes per side, just until pink and opaque.

2. Make the Creamy Sauce
