🧄 Creamy Garlic Chicken with Parmesan
🍗 Ingredients:
For the Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp butter
For the Sauce:

4–5 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 cup chicken broth
-
1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half for a lighter version)

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
🍳 Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken:

Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken for 4–6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Make the Sauce:

In the same pan, lower the heat to medium and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add chicken broth and scrape any brown bits off the bottom of the pan.

Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.

Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the sauce is smooth and thickened (about 3–5 minutes).

Combine & Serve:

Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce over the top.

Simmer for another 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through.

Garnish with parsley and serve!
