Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cucumber, thinly sliced (about 1 large or 2 medium)

  • 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved (or 2 large tomatoes, diced)

  • 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced (or diced for milder flavor)

  • 1/4 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp white vinegar (or lemon juice)

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Fresh dill or parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

    • Slice cucumbers and tomatoes. Thinly slice the red onion.
