It looks like your sentence got cut off! Were you looking for a recipe for creamy baked broccoli? If so, here’s a simple recipe for you:

Creamy Baked Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Blanch the broccoli: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and transfer to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain again and set aside.
  3. Make the creamy sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the heavy cream, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes until it starts to thicken slightly.
  4. Add the cheese: Stir in both the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  5. Combine broccoli and sauce: Place the cooked broccoli florets in a baking dish. Pour the creamy cheese sauce over the broccoli and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Top and bake: If using breadcrumbs, sprinkle them on top of the dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Feel free to customize this by adding herbs or a bit of spice, like red pepper flakes.
