Condensed Milk Desserts are incredibly versatile and delicious! The rich, sweet flavor of condensed milk makes for a perfect base for many easy and indulgent desserts. Here’s a simple and crowd-pleasing recipe for Condensed Milk Cake, a moist, creamy dessert that’s quick to prepare.

Condensed Milk Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • **Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat Oven and Prepare the Pan
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease and flour an 8×8-inch baking pan or a similar-sized pan, or you can line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Step 2: Cream the Butter and Sugar
  1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. You can use a hand mixer or a stand mixer for this step, but a whisk will also work.
Step 3: Add the Condensed Milk and Eggs
  1. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk to the butter and sugar mixture. Beat well to combine.
  2. Add in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Continue mixing until the batter is smooth.
Step 4: Add the Dry Ingredients
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk. Begin and end with the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined—don’t overwork the batter.
Step 5: Bake the Cake
  1. Pour the batter into your prepared pan and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. The cake should be lightly golden on top.
Step 6: Cool and Serve
  1. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  2. Once cooled, you can dust the top with powdered sugar or serve it with a dollop of whipped cream or some fresh fruit for extra flavor.

Additional Variations:

  • Chocolate Condensed Milk Cake: Add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder to the dry ingredients for a chocolate twist.
  • Lemon Condensed Milk Cake: Add the zest of 1 lemon and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for a refreshing citrus flavor.
  • Coconut Condensed Milk Cake: Mix in 1/2 cup of shredded coconut into the batter for a tropical flavor.
  • Topping: After baking, drizzle some sweetened condensed milk on top for extra creaminess.

This Condensed Milk Cake is incredibly rich, moist, and easy to make. The condensed milk gives it a unique sweetness and soft texture. It’s perfect for any occasion—from a simple afternoon treat to a dessert for a party.
