Colon Detox Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples (green for tart, red for sweeter)

  • 1 lemon, peeled or juiced

  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled

  • 1–2 cups cold water or coconut water (adjust based on how thick you want it)

  • Optional boosters:

    • ½ cucumber (hydrating & soothing)

    • 1 stalk celery (great for digestion)

    • Pinch of cayenne pepper (kickstarts metabolism)

    • 1 tbsp chia seeds (fiber boost—soak first!)

    • Fresh mint leaves for a cooling effect


Instructions:

If using a juicer:

  1. Run all ingredients through your juicer.

  2. Stir well and serve chilled over ice.

If using a blender:

  1. Chop everything roughly.

  2. Blend with water until smooth.

  3. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth for a smoother texture (or leave pulpy for extra fiber).

  4. Chill & enjoy!


When to Drink:

  • Best first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
