Here’s a nostalgic, crowd-pleasing dessert that never goes out of style β€” Classic Cherry Delight! It’s a creamy, no-bake layered dessert with a buttery graham cracker crust, sweetened cream cheese filling, and cherry pie topping. Super simple, super delicious.

For the crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10–12 full crackers)

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

For the filling:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip) or 1 cup freshly whipped cream

For the topping:

  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

1. Make the Crust:

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.

  • Press into the bottom of a 9×9-inch or 9×13-inch pan (for thinner layers).

  • Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes while you prepare the filling.


2. Make the Cream Cheese Filling:

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until well combined and fluffy.

  • Fold in whipped topping gently until fully incorporated.


3. Assemble:

  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.

  • Spoon the cherry pie filling over the top and spread gently.


4. Chill & Serve:

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best) to set.

  • Slice and serve chilled β€” optionally top with extra whipped cream!
