πŸ“ Ingredients (Makes one 8×8 or 9×9 dish, ~9 servings)

For the crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10–12 crackers)

  • 1/3 cup melted butter

  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

For the filling:

  • 8 oz (1 package) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip or 1 cup whipped cream

For the topping:

  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

1. Make the crust:

  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.

  • Press mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8×8 or 9×9-inch dish.

  • Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to set (or bake at 350Β°F for 8 minutes if you prefer a firmer crust β€” optional).

2. Make the filling:

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until fluffy.

  • Fold in whipped topping gently until fully combined.

3. Assemble:

  • Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the chilled crust.

  • Spoon cherry pie filling over the top and spread gently.

4. Chill & serve:

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is even better) to firm up.

  • Slice and serve cold. Optional: garnish with extra whipped cream or crushed graham crackers.
