Here’s a Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler Delight recipe that’s ridiculously easy and perfect for a quick dessert — buttery peaches, warm cinnamon, and gooey rolls all baked into one comforting treat.


🍑 Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler Delight

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (21 oz) peach pie filling (or 2 cups fresh peaches with 1/4 cup sugar & 1 tbsp cornstarch)

  • 1 tube (12.4 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing packet)

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg (optional)

  • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional, for extra richness)

  • Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream (for serving)


Instructions:

  1. Prep:

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

    • Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

  2. Assemble:

    • Spread peach pie filling evenly in the baking dish.

    • Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg (and drizzle melted butter if using).

    • Cut cinnamon rolls into quarters and scatter evenly over the peaches.

  3. Bake:

    • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until cinnamon rolls are golden brown and cooked through.

  4. Drizzle:

    • Warm the included icing packet slightly (10 seconds in microwave).

    • Drizzle over the cobbler while still warm.

  5. Serve:

    • Scoop and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
