YUM—Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls are like the grown-up, snackable cousin of Rice Krispie treats . They’re crispy, chocolatey, and perfect for parties, holidays, or whenever you want something sweet and no-fuss. Bonus? No oven needed.
Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls
Ingredients:

3 cups Rice Krispies cereal

1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips

½ cup peanut butter (creamy works best)

¼ cup honey or corn syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: sprinkles, shredded coconut, crushed nuts, melted white chocolate
Instructions:

Melt the chocolate mix
In a saucepan over low heat (or in a microwave-safe bowl), melt together:-
Chocolate chips

Peanut butter

Honey (or syrup)

Stir until smooth and glossy.

Add vanilla & salt, stir to combine.

Mix in cereal
Pour in Rice Krispies and stir gently until fully coated. -
Shape into balls
Let the mixture cool just enough to handle (not too long or it’ll get firm), then scoop and roll into 1-inch balls. -
Chill
Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. -
Optional
Drizzle with melted white chocolate, roll in sprinkles, or dip half in chocolate for a pretty finish.
Storage:
Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week—or freeze for up to 2 months. Great for make-ahead treats!
