🥑 Chicharrones with Guacamole
Ingredients:
For the Guacamole:

1 small tomato, finely diced (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

For Serving:

Store-bought or fresh chicharrones (pork rinds)
Instructions:

Make the guacamole:

Scoop avocado into a bowl and mash to desired consistency.

Stir in lime juice, onion, garlic, tomato (if using), cilantro, salt, and pepper.

Taste and adjust lime or salt to your liking.
