Ingredients (Makes 8 rolls):

1 can (8-count) refrigerated crescent roll dough

4 mozzarella cheese sticks, halved (or 1 cup shredded mozzarella)

3 tbsp butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried parsley)

1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for topping)
🔧 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare Garlic Butter:

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.

Assemble the Rolls:

Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.

Place half a mozzarella stick (or a spoonful of shredded cheese) at the wide end of each triangle.

Roll up tightly, tucking in sides slightly so cheese doesn’t ooze out.

Place rolls on baking sheet, seam side down.

Brush tops with the garlic butter mixture.
