1. Make the Cheeseburger Filling

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until beef is browned. Drain excess grease.

Add garlic, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Cook 1β2 minutes more.

Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese. Let cool slightly.
2. Prep the Dough

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Roll out each biscuit or dough portion into a 4β5 inch circle.

Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle.
3. Assemble the Pockets

Fold dough over the filling (like a calzone or hand pie) and pinch the edges tightly to seal.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

4. Bake
