🍕 Cheese Tortellini Pepperoni Pizza Casserole
🧀 Ingredients:

20 oz cheese tortellini (refrigerated or frozen)

1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pizza sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

1 cup mini pepperoni (or regular sliced and halved)

1 tsp Italian seasoning
-
½ tsp garlic powder
-
Red pepper flakes (optional, to taste)

Olive oil or non-stick spray
🔪 Instructions:

Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook the Tortellini:

Boil the tortellini according to package directions until just al dente (they’ll cook more in the oven).

Drain and set aside.

Assemble the Casserole:

In a large bowl, mix together the cooked tortellini, marinara sauce, half the mozzarella, and seasonings.

Stir in half of the pepperoni.

Layer in Baking Dish:

Pour the tortellini mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan (if using), and the rest of the pepperoni.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is golden.
