Low-Carb Bacon Cheddar Mini Cheese Balls
🧀 Ingredients:

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

2 green onions, finely chopped

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

🥣 Instructions:

Mix the filling:
In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, 4 slices worth of crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and evenly blended. -
Shape into mini balls:
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into small balls. You can use a small cookie scoop or your hands. -
Coat (optional):
Roll the cheese balls in your choice of coating — finely chopped nuts (like pecans), extra bacon bits, chives, or parsley. -
Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
