🥣 Classic Cabbage Soup Recipe
Ingredients:

1/2 head of green cabbage, chopped

1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (with juice)

Instructions:

Sauté the aromatics:
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until softened (about 3-4 minutes). -
Add vegetables:
Stir in carrots, celery, and cabbage. Cook for about 5 minutes until slightly tender. -
Add liquids and seasonings:
Pour in the diced tomatoes and broth. Add salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, and bay leaf. Stir to combine. -
Simmer:
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 30–40 minutes, or until all vegetables are soft and flavors meld. -
Adjust and serve:
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Remove bay leaf before serving.
