🥐 Breakfast Sausage Crescent Rolls

🛒 Ingredients (Makes 8 rolls):

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)

  • 8 cooked breakfast sausage links (pork or turkey)

  • ¾ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Colby Jack, or your favorite)

  • Optional: scrambled eggs (1–2 eggs, pre-cooked)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven

  • Preheat to 375°F (190°C) (or follow crescent roll package directions).

2. Prepare the Filling

  • If using raw sausage, cook them first in a skillet until browned and fully cooked.

  • Optional: Scramble eggs if you’d like to include them.

3. Assemble the Rolls

  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.

  • On the wide end of each triangle, place:

    • 1 sausage link

    • A small spoonful of scrambled eggs (optional)

    • A sprinkle of shredded cheese

  • Roll up tightly from the wide end to the point.

4. Bake

  • Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

5. Serve

  • Best served warm, with ketchup, hot sauce, or maple syrup for dipping.

📝 Tips:

  • Use pre-cooked sausage to save time.

  • Add a little jalapeño or green onion inside for a kick.

  • Make ahead and store in the fridge (3 days) or freezer (1 month). Reheat in oven or air fryer.
