Pineapple Ginger Shot Recipe

Directions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients:
    • Peel and chop the pineapple into chunks. Peel the ginger root. If you’re using fresh turmeric, peel a small piece (optional, but it gives extra health benefits).
    • Squeeze the juice from half a lemon, if desired, and set aside.
  2. Blend the ingredients:
    • Add the pineapple, ginger, lemon juice, turmeric (if using), and sweetener (if desired) to a blender or food processor. Pour in the cold water or coconut water and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain (optional):
