  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves (about 8–10 cloves)

  • 2 cups water

  • Optional: honey, lemon, or cinnamon stick for flavor

  1. Boil Water:
    Pour 2 cups of water into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.

  2. Add Cloves:
