  • Chopped cilantro or cotija cheese (optional toppings)

🍴 Instructions

2. Season

  • Brush or rub the seasoned butter mixture all over the corn.

3. Air Fry

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 2–3 minutes.

  • Place corn in a single layer in the basket (work in batches if needed).

  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the corn is tender and slightly charred.

4. Serve It Up

  • Squeeze with lime juice and sprinkle with chopped cilantro or cotija cheese.

  • Serve hot as a side with carne asada, grilled chicken, or your favorite summer meals.

💡 Tips & Variations

  • Mexican Street Corn (Elote) Style: After air frying, slather corn with mayo, cotija, chili powder, and lime juice.

  • Frozen Corn: You can use frozen corn on the cob—just add 2–3 extra minutes to the cook time.

  • No butter? Use all olive oil or a dairy-free spread instead.
